Founder/Chief Executive Officer

Mark  has guided Northern Den Developments to becoming one of the leaders in development within  Parry Sound and surrounding districts. With his business expertise and aggressive vision for future growth, Mark has shown that timing is everything. No slowing down in sight, Mark is taking Northern Den Developments to new heights.

Controller

With a strong background in operations and a knack for numbers, Marghie  quickly adapted to our vision and business model. In 7  years, Marghie has moved up the ranks and has become our Controller.  She has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator with high attention to detail. Marghie also spearheads most of our companies expansions and projects.

Chief Contractor and Foreman

Dave's vast experience with construction and development made him our choice to oversee our Development Division.  Dave has made a name for himself with building and selling homes. . Recently delving into the Commercial Development , Dave has proven to be the driving force for Northern Den Developments. 

General Manager

Starting out as a store manager Couper has become well rounded in all facets of our businesses. Spearheading marketing campaigns, overseeing expansions and organizing existing infrastructure, Couper has made a name for herself with her ability to learn and her desire to succeed. Recently becoming our General Manager Couper has become the face of Northern Den Developments well known in the community for her "go-getter" attitude and above average customer service.
